What to bring:

No shoes, socks, or yoga mats are needed – just bring yourself!


Class schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 12:30-1:15pm

Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7-7:45am

5-Class Package: $90

10-Class Package: $160
