Take time out of your busy schedule to join us in a Sunday ritual. The class will consist of a 60 minute candlelit Yin class followed by 30 minutes of meditation and reflection informed by yogic philosophy. You will experience postures primarily done on the floor or against the wall with supportive blocks, blankets and bolsters. Poses are held for a longer period of time allowing you to indulge and stretch connective tissue. In addition to the candle lit practice, you can expect to experience some aromatherapy, guided mediation and time for journaling and reflection. You’ll leave feeling balanced, connected and ready to start the week feeling refreshed!
