This workshop is designed to break down the technical aspects of base level arm balances and inversions Sirsasana (headstand), Bakasana (crow), Parsva Bakasana (side crow), and Eka Pada Koundinyasana (hurdlers pose). Through working on entry level techniques into these postures, students will can gain more confidence and physical awareness in challenge postures as well as nuanced understanding of the technique required to progress to more advanced asana. Perfect for students just on the verge of flight who are looking to make challenging poses click or those who would like to refine their understanding in order to progress further.
